Returns & Refunds
At Forest Beekeeping Supply, we want every customer to feel confident in their purchase. If something is not right with your order, please contact us and we will do our best to help.
Please review the policy below before starting a return or exchange.
Return Window
We accept eligible returns within 30 days of delivery.
To begin a return, please email us at info@forestbeekeepingsupply.com with your order number, the item you would like to return, and the reason for the return. Please do not mail any item back until your return request has been reviewed and approved.
Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, the item must be:

Unused

Clean and in like-new condition

In its original packaging

Free from dirt, stains, smoke, odors, honey, wax, propolis, or other field-use residue

Returned with proof of purchase or order confirmation
Items that have been used, worn in the field, washed, altered, damaged after delivery, or returned in a condition that prevents resale may not be eligible for a full refund.
Return Shipping
For standard returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service and keeping your tracking number until your return has been processed. Forest Beekeeping Supply is not responsible for returned items that are lost, delayed, or damaged in transit.
If we provide a prepaid return label, the cost of the return label may be deducted from your refund unless the return is due to our error, a damaged item, or an incorrect item being sent.
Refunds
Once your return is received, we will inspect the item and notify you by email whether your refund has been approved.
If approved, your refund will be issued to the original payment method. Refunds are typically processed within 5–10 business days after approval, but your bank or credit card company may take additional time to post the refund.
Shipping charges, return shipping costs, and any applicable restocking fees are non-refundable.
Restocking Fees
Items returned in opened packaging, missing packaging, or less than like-new condition may be subject to a restocking fee of up to 30%, depending on the condition of the item.
Items that are used, damaged, dirty, altered, or not suitable for resale may be rejected or may receive only a partial refund.
Exchanges
We accept eligible exchanges within 15 days of delivery.
For size exchanges or customer-requested exchanges, the customer is responsible for return shipping and any price difference between the original item and the replacement item.
To request an exchange, please email info@forestbeekeepingsupply.com with your order number, the item you received, and the item or size you would like instead.
Exchanges are subject to product availability. If the requested replacement item is not available, we may offer a refund, store credit, or another available option.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 5 days of delivery at info@forestbeekeepingsupply.com.
Please include your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos of the item and packaging. Once reviewed, we will work with you to resolve the issue through a replacement, exchange, refund, or another appropriate solution.
If the issue was caused by our error, Forest Beekeeping Supply will assist with the return or replacement shipping.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:

Gift cards

Final sale or clearance items marked as final sale at the time of purchase

Used or field-worn apparel

Items damaged after delivery due to use, misuse, improper care, or normal wear and tear

Items not purchased directly from Forest Beekeeping Supply
Third-Party Marketplace Purchases
We are unable to process returns or exchanges for items purchased through Amazon, Walmart, eBay, TikTok Shop, or any other third-party marketplace.
If your item was purchased through a third-party marketplace, please request the return, exchange, or refund directly through the marketplace where the order was placed.
Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift at the time of purchase and shipped directly to you, we may issue store credit for the value of the approved return.
If the item was not marked as a gift, or if the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves before giving it to you, any approved refund will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.

Late or Missing Refunds
If your refund has been approved but has not posted yet, please first check with your bank or credit card company, as processing times can vary.
